Matt has a passion for worshipping our Lord in spirit and in truth, and his only desire is to lead people to Jesus through the gifts that he has been given.
His administrative gift, spirit of excellence and his prophetic edge are some of the reasons why the worship at New Beginnings is done without limitations.
On any given service you will find Matt behind the scenes, as well as behind the drums or perhaps even leading worship.
Matt is married to Erica and they have a beautiful two year old baby girl.

Sarah Beckhaus
Worship Leader/Media
Sarah is the Worship leader for New Beginnings Church and has been for 20 years. Her highest mission is to lead people into the presence of Jesus without reservation. Although she is shy in personality, her unique, bold, and contemporary style in leading people into the presence of God is sure to bring heaven to earth.
Sarah is married to Victor and they have three beautiful children. You may even find her eldest son Josiah on the platform playing the bass or lead guitar.

Diana Garcia
Children's Director
Diana has a heart and love for kids of all ages. She has over 25 years of experience as a Director in Children's Church. Diana enjoys making the classrooms environment clean, enjoyable, and works hard to make sure that each child has a wonderful experience learning about God.
She also oversees the teachers in Children's Church, and can often be found teaching in our kids church.
Diana is married to Fabien who also serves on the ministry team at New Beginnings. Fabien serves on the church council and walks in the office of a Prophet and he and Diana currently assist with leading our Youth Ministry.

Laura Hernandez
Toddler Coordinator
Laura has over 10 years of experience working with toddlers. However, children of all ages meet her immediately connect and love her. In the Toddler classes, our littles are taught to worship the Lord, pray expecting miracles and to know God. Each classroom experience is designed to be fun filled and toddlers love it.
Laura also trains up all lead teachers and assistants for this area and her love for children and her creative, fun personality filters in to every classroom experience. Laura is married to Rueben and they own their own Pest Control Business.

Ladawn Zleisy
Infant Coordinator
Ladawn is married to Cory and they have five children. Although She is new to the team, she has years of experience as a wonderful mom raising up Godly children and serving in our kids church. Ladawn is a homeschool mom and has a passion for children of all ages to learn about God. Her gentle, fun and creative approach to our babies is a winning combination and all of the teachers in the Infant class have the same spirit.
Here at New Beginnings our infants will worship as soon as they can hold a little flag. They are also introduced and learn about the Lord with puppets, tv clips, extra LARGE story books or in our baby bible songs.
